Learning Through My Internship Experience

This early opportunity allowed me to experience not only the work itself, but also the people and culture behind it. By the time my internship ended, I was confident that Renesas was the right place for me to continue growing.

What initially drew me to Renesas was the combination of meaningful work and a warm, collaborative team environment. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported. Our project leader played a key role in shaping this experience - she was not only a manager, but also a mentor and guide. She respected the different personalities and working styles within the team and helped us grow together. She always listened patiently to our ideas and provided guidance whenever we faced challenges.

My internship at Renesas was both challenging and rewarding. I had to learn many new skills from scratch, but I never felt overwhelmed thanks to the strong support from my leader, mentor, and teammates. My mentor provided a clear learning plan, which helped me quickly adapt and start contributing to real project work.

An Inspiring Culture

One aspect that impressed me most was the open and supportive team culture. The values represented by TAGIE (Transparent, Agile, Global, Innovative, and Entrepreneurial) are reflected in how we work every day. Discussions were always lively, and everyone’s ideas were welcomed and respected, regardless of experience level. This made it easy to ask questions, share opinions, and learn through collaboration. By the end of my internship, I felt more confident and motivated about continuing my career at Renesas.

Because of this culture, Renesas feels like more than just a workplace; it is a place where I can continuously learn, take on challenges, and create meaningful value.

Growing Into Greater Responsibility

Since officially joining the company, my role has gradually evolved. I’ve taken on more responsibility and become more confident in contributing ideas and supporting my colleagues. Looking back, I can clearly see how much I’ve grown, both personally and professionally.

The support from my leader and teammates has been essential throughout this journey. In particular, my leader focuses not only on what I can deliver today, but also on helping me build the skills and confidence needed to become a well-rounded engineer in the future. This long-term perspective has given me clarity and motivation as I continue my career.

A Unique Team Experience

One project stands out as a particularly memorable experience for me. At the beginning, our team needed to learn a new communication protocol, something none of us had worked with before. The protocol was complex, and the learning process required many discussions and collaboration.

We spent many hours together studying the protocol and sharing our understanding. What made this experience special was the open and equal atmosphere within the team. From the project leader to the newest team member, everyone was encouraged to ask questions and speak freely. Through these discussions, my doubts were clarified, and my understanding deepened significantly.

Being part of such a collaborative environment, where every voice truly mattered, made me feel proud and excited to work at Renesas. It reinforced my belief that success here is built on teamwork and mutual respect.
