Job Description

Responsible for Sales for the Americas Regional and Mass Market Accounts.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies – including defining deployment and go-to-market plans; setting ambitious revenue targets, pricing strategies market share expansion initiatives in order to achieve revenue targets. 

  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners. Identify and negotiate partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand market reach. 

  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understand their needs, align product roadmaps, build close executive relationships, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 

  • Initiate and develop a marketing organization that is focused on defining New Product Introductions for the Mass Market. Be the interface between sales and the product line through New Product Launch. 

 

 


Qualifications

 

  • Proven track record in semiconductor sales in the MCU and Connectivity sector, especially in IoT and Industrial segments. 

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing sales teams. 

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technology and trends. 

  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on sales and business development. 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. 

  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,500.00 - $338,500.00. This position is also eligible for STI bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
