Technician

JOB SUMMARY

Reports to the engineer of factory maintenance department and responsible to assist the overall water treatment management of Renesas Semiconductors KL Sdn Bhd (IHP) which comprises of repair and maintenance of water supply equipment, daily & monthly tracing with detail report on PM (preventive maintenance) and CM (corrective maintenance) related to Deionised (DI) water plant, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), industry water system and scrubber system. Expense management, Check and balance on capacity vs demand of facility supply utilities. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist engineer for management DI/WWTP/Industry water system/scrubber system for factory maintenance.
• To assist improve QCDF related factory maintenance.
• To assist maintenance of DI/WWTP/Industry water system/scrubber system
• To assist in schedule waste management generated in WWTP/DI
• To execute plan to carry out maintenance job (Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Time base maintenance).
• To keep stable and improve condition for factory maintenance equipment’s DI/WWTP/Industry water system/scrubber system.
• To provide quality of work for factory maintenance DI/WWTP/Industry water system/scrubber system jobs.
• To reduce cost related 4M (Man, Machine, Materials, Method).
• To assist engineer to achieve respective section KPI.

Academic Qualification :

• Diploma in civil/ mechanical/ electrical/ chemical engineering or related field from recognized Higher Institution.

Skills & knowledge Required :

• Experience in factory maintenance of semiconductor back-end factory.
• Experience in handling Facility related equipment such as wastewater treatment plant, DI water (generation and supply), sewage treatment plant, industry water supply, general city water supply & scrubber system

Experience :

• At least 1 years related experiences in FM equipment maintenance field
