Job Description

Job Purpose & Dimensions:

 

  • Given the organic growth of our enterprise, we do have the need to establish a central pool of tools, with a standardized way of using them in development, in order to assure development excellence, a high standard of quality and reuse across our SW assets, compliance to the standard operating procedures applied in development.
  • Work closely with SW development teams who are using our standard tooling used for development assessing quarterly the compliance to standard processes, report the status and track the improvement plan

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Be the pioneer in the area of internal assessment and be main point of contact regarding the quality assurance and compliance to the established process.
  • Maintain the processes description, working closely with the tooling team in order to assure the consistency of the processes and methods.
  • Assess quarterly the compliance of the teams using our services, and formalize the assessment results in an official report, measuring the defined KPIs.
  • Maintain lessons learned workshop with the project team, support the definition of the action items to close the gap, and track the improvement plan implementation.
  • Be the whistleblower when miscompliance is noticed and be the owner for the quality & continuous improvement process.

 

Key Performance Measures:

  • Quarterly reporting being performed on time.
  • In case the assessment can’t be finished on time, escalate in advance in order to not miss the target.
  • Drive improvement of the teams compliance, and assure that the trend of compliance will improve from quarter to quarter.
  • Regular training sessions for the new users, in order to assure awareness for the available processes.
  • Ablility and willingness to learn new skills over time which are required for the job
  • Integrate into the existing team and be a team player

Additional Information

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in tech. industry
  • Expert knowledge in the SW development processes, and standards used in development. e.g. aSPICE, CMMI, ISO/TS 16949
  • Processed Methods & Tools background would be an advantage

 

Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge in SW development processes;
  • Deep understanding of the state-of-the-art SW development methodologies and best practices;
  • Experience in internal or external audit is desirable;
  • Bachelor or Master degree with relevant background (Computer, IT, Science,…)
  • Business fluent in English
