Staff Planner

This position will be responsible for forecasting customer demand to ensure that products are available. Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align strategies and optimize inventory management.

Responsibilities: 

• Validate demand and update demand forecast
• Partner with customer service team and supply chain team to optimize product availabilities and execute availability swap
• Coordinate with supply chain team on expedite and escalations
• Manage and monitor inventory level, allocate and swap inventory
• Assist customer service team with order cancellation and push out
• Support RMA and End of Life issues
• Support ad-hoc requests such as checking data code, confirming production location, identifying country of origin, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply / Inventory Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain Operations
• Knowledge of SAP. Model N, Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus
• Proficient in Excel, Word
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
