Staff HR Technical Analyst
Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced System Analyst to join our IT team, supporting our HR applications within the business. The role will work closely with wider IT and HR colleagues, as well as other internal and external stakeholders. You will assess needs, gather requirements, and support the creation of specifications for new and existing tools, and deliver on system and process improvements.
- Administer and provide advanced technical support for SuccessFactors and other HR-related enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with IT and HRIS stakeholders.
- Maintain, configure, and optimize HR systems within the broader enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with other business-critical platforms (e.g., payroll, identity management, reporting tools).
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts across vendors, internal IT, and functional teams.
- Manage and execute system upgrades, patches, and releases in line with vendor lifecycles and internal change management policies, including testing, rollback planning, and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR to define and digitally enable business processes, advising on best-fit solutions within the system landscape.
- Participate in the evaluation, selection, and technical implementation of new HR technologies, ensuring compliance with architectural and security standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of external consultants and service providers to ensure successful system delivery and support.
- Ensure data integrity, user access controls, and system security across all HR applications, in accordance with ISO27001, GDPR, and internal IT governance frameworks.
- Act as the technical analyst for HR systems, supporting integrations (e.g., via APIs, middleware), reporting tools, and analytics platforms

- Experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Time Off & Timesheets, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Integration Center.
- Experience in implementing Employee Central Payroll
- Experience in Jira and ServiceNow ticketing tools
- Experience in third party integrations would be an added advantage
- Basic Knowledge and experience in CPI
- Expert knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
- Strong analytical capability, attention to detail and best practice knowledge.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills over time which are required for the job.
- Collaborative and consultative approach.
- Understanding of HR data, processes and tools.
- Experience of working with systems, configuration, logic.
- Fluent in English language.
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills.
- Provide technical support for integration-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration problems promptly.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance system interoperability
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
