- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage non-disclosure and procurement agreements.
- Assist with the management of Renesas’ corporate subsidiary structure.
- Maintain/improve office space aesthetics, including regular reorganization of legal file storage areas.
- Assist the legal operations team with management of systems and other operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with the global legal team to develop and implement best practices and policies in the areas of contracting, licensing, corporate governance, and compliance.
- Assist with special projects at all levels of Renesas.
- Assist with travel (logistics, booking, and expense reports), along with conference planning/logistics.
- Help with Microsoft office tools/documents (mainly SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Help management sign off on items like invoices, expense reports, etc.
- Calendar/meeting organization and visitor logistics support.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity working with SharePoint and MS Teams a plus.
- Provide support with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents, as requested.
- Good writing, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all levels within the organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinating the input of others in these circumstances, sometimes under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple calendars, teams, and requests.
- Keen attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Good judgment, with an understanding of when to ask for guidance or input, and how to spot and solve issues.
- Cooperative attitude and an affinity for working with others to get the job done.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $115000 - $150000. This position is also eligible for bonus pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
