Summary
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for complex B2B products. You will work closely with product managers, developers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant and effective user experiences.
This role requires a strong balance of design thinking, usability, business understanding and the ability to work with data-heavy, workflow-driven interfaces. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working within an existing design system and creating consistent, scalable experiences across related product areas.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs and functional requirements.
Conduct user research, usability testing and stakeholder interviews to validate design decisions.
Design complex user flows and data-heavy interfaces, including tables, filters, dashboards, forms and workflow-driven experiences.
Deliver mockups, prototypes, visual assets and documentation required for proper implementation.
Work with existing UX standards, design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the product.
Continuously improve product usability based on analytics, user feedback and testing results.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills.
Experience designing complex B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-driven products.
Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as tables, dashboards, filters, complex forms, comparison views, or multi-step workflows.
Experience working with existing design systems in Figma, including reusable components, variants and established interaction patterns.
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability and interaction design.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing and interpreting results.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints and design consistency.
Good to have
A strong interest in design trends, emerging technologies and electronics.
Experience working in SaaS or enterprise product environments.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and front-end constraints.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Experience using AI-assisted tools.
Exposure to accessibility standards such as WCAG.
