Sr Test Equipment Engineer

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Test Equipment Engineer who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges and delivering measurable business results. This role is more than equipment maintenance. You will own equipment strategy, reliability, automation, continuous improvement and projects that directly impact productivity, quality and profitability. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking, business awareness and leadership capability.

• Ensure optimal equipment performance by minimizing downtime and improving OEE across test operations
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures and abnormal production issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, reliability, and process efficiency
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance strategies and technical documentation
• Improve manufacturing efficiency through software, scripting and equipment integration

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or
• Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering field
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in
• semiconductor test equipment / manufacturing environment
• Experience with equipment maintenance, failure analysis, and
• process improvement
• Good understanding of OEE, MTBA, Quality and Yield improvement
• concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ATE testers, handlers, or load boards

Good to have

• Experience in Advantest M4841 handler & Teradyne J750 Tester
• Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, 5-Why, or other problem-solving tools
• Experience with Spotfire, Power BI, RPA (Robotic Process
• Automation)
• Experience in NPI and equipment qualification
• Familiarity with Automation, Robot Arm
• Leadership or mentoring experience
