Job Description

  • Drive new foundry / fab qualifications by managing foundry interface meetings.
  • Collaborate with foundry partners and internal design / process team on new technology bring-up
  • Drive foundry technical debug meetings for customer RMAs / low yield/ foundry excursions
  • Drive and define foundry DOE / foundry safe launch with cross functional teams and foundry partners
  • Drive foundry CIP with yield team
  • Manage foundry PCNs and Tool changes
  • Manage foundry production release waivers
  • Coordinate weekly / quarterly foundry technical review meetings
  • Foundry Operations’ representative for QA foundry audit
  • Foundry Operations’ representative for quarterly business review

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in advanced BCD/HV technology.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processes (an Electrical Engineering background is a plus).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English and exceptional logical reasoning skills.
  • Experience in foundry works as PIE or PE is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, even when working across multiple time zones.
  •  Fresh graduated with high potential also welcomed.
