Sr Staff Financial Analyst
Our company continues to grow while maintaining competitiveness in the expanding semiconductor market. During this phase of revenue growth, understanding the structural factors and trends through quantitative and qualitative analysis is critically important for the entire organization.
Additionally, we are promoting company-wide AI adoption, and there is a growing need to enhance and automate analytical processes using new tools.
We are now recruiting a Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis / Revenue Analytics team. This is a key position responsible for revenue analysis, reporting to executive management, and collaborating cross-functionally with IR, Sales, SCM, and other departments.

【Job Responsibilities】
• Lead annual budgeting and revenue performance management (Billing, Booking, Backlog, Channel Inventory KPIs)
• Perform BBBI analysis and scenario modeling to support annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting cycles, management reporting, quarterly earnings releases, and ad hoc business requests
• Deliver quantitative analysis and actionable business insights for executive decision-making
• Collaborate with IR, Sales, and SCM on revenue outlook, shipment landing, and earnings releases
• Lead automation of BBBI reporting in partnership with IT and Sales
【Must】
・Bachelor’s degree
・3+ years of experience in FP&A / Accounting / Corporate planning in the manufacturing industry, preferably in demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields
・Strong Excel skills, with proven capability in quantitative analysis, modeling, and scenario simulation
・Native-level proficiency in Japanese (N1)
・Basic business English proficiency in both speaking and writing; native or fully fluent business English is not a must, but the candidate should demonstrate a proactive communication mindset, the ability to structure messages clearly, and the ability to communicate accurately using appropriate business terminology

• Experience with data management and analytics tools (MDP, Global BI, Power BI, Tableau)
