Memory Interface Division (MID) within EPSG is seeking to expand its engineering and execution profile. MID has a strong growth path ahead and it needs a dedicated team member to drive flawless executions. As Sr Principal Engineer of Program Management, you will be working as a cross-functional leader of all NPI programs within memory interface division. You will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding all of the metrics aligned with executive management during product execution approval such as cost, schedule and KPIs.
- Chair cross-functional meetings for various product lines within MID
- Hold execution and backend teams accountable for meeting milestone commitments by implementing rigorous design, validation and test engineering reviews prior to TO, sampling, and production releases respectively
- Develop ROI and other metrics to secure approvals for NPI programs with key stakeholders
- Defend program status in senior management reviews (weeklies and bi-weeklies)
- Hold reviews with foundry and assembly procurements to contain product cost overruns
- Help determine product and test costs for new technology initiatives
- Proactively work with backend and foundry teams to do thorough analysis of various foundry and assembly options for supply chain diversification
- 15+ years of experience in development of silicon products including 5+ years in program management
- Thorough understand semiconductor product lifecycle
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with internal customers, management and other functional groups
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

The expected annual pay range for this position is $270000 - $320000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
