Quality assurance of embedded software for semiconductor products mainly for automotive applications：

・Promoting improvements to the software development process using the Automotive Spice method.

・In the assessment conducted for actual development projects in the software design department, coordinate the assessor team and lead the team and activities based on the assessment and process improvement policy.

・Identified weaknesses through assessment and proposed various improvements to the development department and rule-making department.

・Participate in reviewing the content of agreements related to software design processes with European car manufacturers and Tier 1 customers.

【Must】
・Embedded software development experience (track record of launching multiple products into the market)
・Knowledge and operating experience of standard processes in the software industry such as Automotive-SPICE, CMMI, PMBOK, ISO 26262, etc.
・Knowledge and experience of so-called agile development
・Knowledge and experience in managing a team of 5 or more people
・English：business level
・Japanese：business level（JLPT: N1 level）

【Want】
・Experience in quality assurance work for electrical and electronic equipment products
・Knowledge and experience in checking the design quality of software developed using standard processes in the software industry such as CMMI and Automotive Spice.
・Knowledge and usage experience of software development and management tools
・Preferring ""conversational communication"" with work partners

European car manufacturers are increasingly demanding "Automotive SPICE," which is a requirement for the SW design process.
In order to meet this demand, you will lead in-house assessments, improve software design quality, and contribute to improvement activities to ensure that the quality of the software design process meets the expectations of automotive parts manufacturers and European car manufacturers.
In addition to assessments, you can be involved in general activities related to the design process, such as making suggestions and discussions to improve internal design process rules based on detected weaknesses in the design process.
