Sr Engr, Prod/Test Engineering

PRINCIPAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support manufacturing, qual and engineering improvement including low yield analysis and improvement, failure analysis, test time optimization and other related activities.
• Support the test program conversion from legacy tester transfer to new tester platform.
• Support customer return evaluation (RMA).
• Dispose production low yield lots, verify rejects, and study/fix the root cause.
• Product bench test verification.
• FA support by doing ATE and bench analysis for fault isolation.
• Bench board construction and debugging.
• Test hardware development and troubleshooting

• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with Advantest V93K, Teradyne ATE platform, or proficiency in any relevant programming language would be highly valuable.
• Able to work independently, demonstrates a willingness to take on challenges, and possesses strong self-initiative and multitasking abilities
