Senior Test Engineer - NPI

Job Summary

The candidate will join a fast-paced and result-oriented test engineering team (Asia Test Center) supporting a diversified portfolio of state-of-the-art Custom and Industrial Power Products at Renesas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement robust and cost-efficient ATE test programs.
2. Design and complete reliable ATE hardware solutions with maximum capacity.
3. Organize and coordinate test related activities with both internal and external group during new product development to secure on-time project delivery.
4. Identify and carry out product improvement activities to reduce cost, improve yield or resolve quality issues in mass production.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design team or product engineering team across multiple time zones.

1. More than 3 years of hands-on experience on Advantest V93k/ Teradyne UltraFLEX or equivalent mixed signal ATE (Cohu Diamondx), although V93k is preferred.

1. Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and mixed signal test techniques/methodologies.
2. Experienced on PCB design tool such as Cadence Allegro or Altium.
3. Experience on lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Digital Multi-meters, VNA, VIPER, etc.
4. Proficient in statistical analysis and skilled in using relevant tools like Dana or Spotfire for data analysis.
5. Understanding of GIT revision control.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills
7. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
