Senior Test Engineer - NPI
Job Summary
The candidate will join a fast-paced and result-oriented test engineering team (Asia Test Center) supporting a diversified portfolio of state-of-the-art Custom and Industrial Power Products at Renesas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust and cost-efficient ATE test programs.
- Design and complete reliable ATE hardware solutions with maximum capacity.
- Organize and coordinate test related activities with both internal and external group during new product development to secure on-time project delivery.
- Identify and carry out product improvement activities to reduce cost, improve yield or resolve quality issues in mass production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design team or product engineering team across multiple time zones.
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience on Advantest V93k/ Teradyne UltraFLEX or equivalent mixed signal ATE (Cohu Diamondx), although V93k is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and mixed signal test techniques/methodologies.
- Experienced on PCB design tool such as Cadence Allegro or Altium.
- Experience on lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Digital Multi-meters, VNA, VIPER, etc.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and skilled in using relevant tools like Dana or Spotfire for data analysis.
- Understanding of GIT revision control.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.

We have adopted a hybrid model that gives employees the ability to work remotely two days a week while ensuring that we come together as a team in the office the rest of the time. The designated in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday for innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.
