Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product definition, and application engineering to develop comprehensive test plans aimed at achieving targeted coverage and ensuring product quality.
  • Provide expert ATE test solutions and recommendations based on device characteristics and design specifications.
  • Execute independent validation of complex high-speed functions and AC parameters with precision.
  • Partner with design and verification teams to create test patterns that support and enhance test plans.
  • Develop sophisticated C++ test methodologies and associated test flows essential for the validation of specification parameters.
  • Manage revision control for test program development and oversee final releases to ensure continuity and quality.
  • Keep a meticulous track of test program versions in correlation with their respective products.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise as a power user of 93k testers on the SMT7 system, with a specialization in high-speed pin cards (PSSL and PS9G, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of pin electronics, multiport timing, equation-based timing, and signal termination techniques.
  • Proficiency in C++ programming for the implementation of test methods.
  • A minimum of 10 years of industrial experience in ATE-based work.
  • Hands-on experience in converting evcd files into ATE patterns.
  • Fluent English writing skills are mandatory, fluent in spoken English is preferred.
  • Candidates meet following list will be prioritized.
  • Familiarity with revision control tools and concepts.
  • Prior experience operating ATE with data rates ranging from 5 to 15 Gbps.
  • Prior experience with the 93K SMT8 system and a track record of developed projects.
  • Prior experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Python for data handling.
