Senior Software Engineer - Tool Developer

• Develop and maintain software applications and tools using Python, C/C++, or Java. 

• Design and implement efficient solutions for application development and automation. 

• Perform data mining and document-related automation techniques to streamline processes. 

• Develop and enhance front-end components to ensure a seamless user experience. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. 

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in tool development, continuously adapting to new technologies. 

• Communicate technical concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, or a related field. 

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in application development and automation, with a strong emphasis on document-related automation techniques. 

• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or Java. 

• Experience in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and ideas clearly. 

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. 

• Proven track record of staying updated with industry trends and best practices in tool development.

1. Experience with version control systems such as Git. 

1. Hands-on knowledge of React and extensive experience in web development: HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and Node.js. 

1. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. 

1. Knowledge of cloud-based services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
