Senior Reliability Engineer


Job Description

We are looking for experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join the Global Reliability Lab team. Supporting products qualification from development through high‑volume manufacturing. In this role, you will play a key part in defining reliability strategies, leading qualification activities, investigating failures, and driving long‑term product robustness.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including Design, Test, Failure Analysis, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure our products meet stringent reliability, customer, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute reliability qualification plans for electronic components, and modules.
  • Develop test strategies including HTOL, HAST, THB, TC, HTSL, PTC and mechanical stress tests.
  • Review test results, analyze failures, and provide clear conclusions and recommendations.
  • Assess risks related to new technologies, new materials, and new manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance to relevant JEDEC, IEC, MIL, IPC, and customer-specific standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven experience supporting products from development to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with automotive, industrial, consumer, or high-reliability electronic applications is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics reliability mechanisms (electromigration, corrosion, thermal fatigue, etc.).
  • Experience with environmental and mechanical stress testing equipment.
  • Hands‑on experience with reliability testing.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, layouts, and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
