Job Description

  • Full project ownership and go-to person for all internal and external teams regarding your project.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute the project plan for the enablement of new technologies.
  • Analysis data and monitors programs to ensure adherence to contract scope of work, cost, schedule, and technical specifications.
  • Drive project members and other contributors to meet critical milestones and customer commitment.
  • Track and drive meeting minutes and actions.
  • Proactively identify key risks to the program and define mitigation actions.
  • Track and report progress to key stakeholders (including external customers).
  • Organize Workshops and other technical events for wider groups.
  • Resourceful - solves non-routine issues, challenges, and problems.

Qualifications

  • Masters and/ or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, similar engineering field.   
  • MUST HAVE 3+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry
  • Prior experience or training in project/program management.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processes.
  • 5 % traveling depending on workshop, project, and staff meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; influence without authority
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills – confidence in leading calls with various execs, technical experts, and/or vendors and customers.
  • Detail-oriented, can identify what’s missing in planning and execution.

Nice To Have

  • 5+ years in program management and/or semiconductor industry
  • Prior experience or training in project/program management.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Japanese.
  • PhD in technical field
  • Have a record of successfully delivering high-profile, complex technical projects against tight deadlines.
  • Personal and professional drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience leading initiatives, onboarding, and mentoring other peers.
  • Ability to explain and distill complex issues and information into simple narratives.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $87,000 - $130,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities and commission pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
