A Senior Manager of Program Management is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs or projects within an organization. The role typically involves managing a team of program managers and coordinators, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement program strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial tracking for the program, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate program performance against predefined metrics and standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate program status, milestones, and achievements.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $157,500 - $236,500 This position is also eligible for bonus pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
