Job Purpose & Dimensions
Establish and continuously improve Renesas Global Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Manage related Quality group personnel in Asia
Support Renesa’s growing business
Maintain and further develop the Quality Documentation System (OneDMS)
QSP data analytics and automation
Process and Procedure integration
Maintain the certification sites
Principal Accountabilities:
Develop, support and maintain annual Global Internal Audit program
Prepare, perform and track Internal Audits until Corrective Actions closure
Support and maintain DQS Certification Audits in Asia
Coordinate and support the development and maintenance of Global Systems related to QMS
Quality, (Manage Training material, perform training on QMS Awareness)
Look out for and support QMS improvements
Maintain and develop OneDMS Documentation System Database
QSP data analytics and automation
Process and procedure integration
Support Management Review twice a year (collection of KPI’s)
Perform technical training for team members if required
Monitor Production Specification System – Monitor the release, and implementation of offshore product specification documents, internally & with subcontractors
Key Performance Measures:
The accountabilities in §2 are planned in annual performance plans
The 100% Compliance is in this way measurable
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Knowledge and expertise about: Semiconductors, QA Management Systems and the ISO 9001 standard as well as IATF16949
Skills: Positive Nature, enthusiastic, good problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, team player but also confident on stand alone, ability to travel, good communication in English (verbal and written). Knowledge in managing a global team.
Experience on working with QA Systems and performing Quality audits.
More than 10 years of technical and administrative knowledge in the semiconductor industry
Qualifications:
nternal Auditor Qualification required
Qualification or experience in Electronics/Semiconductor Industry required
