Job Description

The Role
You will be primarily responsible for the implementation of our time off, timesheet and time tracking program for multiple countries within Success Factors. You should possess a solution-oriented mindset and a high degree of technical understanding in connection with system functionality. Thinking at this level is about knowing your way around a wide range of procedures and answering questions about what needs to be done in specific local situations that may have a significant degree of complexity.  In addition, interpersonal skills are required to guide stakeholders through degrees of non-complex to complex situations, providing the highest levels of resolution, support, and customer satisfaction, in line with company policy and procedures.

  • A leading contributor directly responsible for the delivery of the time management suite in Success factors, time off, timesheets, and time tracking 
  • Responsible for delivering efficient and effective resolution to all employee queries and systems-specific requests, providing end-user support as needed, and acting as a functional expert for time off including demonstrating associated best practices.
  • Working with wider HR Systems and Operations team as well as third-party vendors, as needed, for the system development in the time off area 
  • For enhancement requests, conduct requirements gathering and assessment impact to ensure the proposed solution is ‘fit for purpose’, guiding and influencing stakeholders throughout. If required for fulfillment, raise a Demand Request with a third-party provider.
  • Performing quality assurance checks on system configuration and testing workflows. Performing regular system monitoring, 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders as needed, training new functionality to the HR population.
  • Production and maintenance of system documentation (e.g. workbooks, training documentation, change control systems such as JIRA, etc.).
  • Apply understanding of assigned business processes to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures.
  • To be involved in the operational project team for any relevant HR system implementations especially relating to time off 
  • To closely work with HRIT On project delivery, tracking dates, and schedules

  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams at different levels ensuring technical messages are ‘translated’ and understandable to end users and vice versa.
  • Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
  • Ability to see short-term and long-term effects of possible actions.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Ability to think globally.
  • An understanding of how cross-functional / commercial business processes impact on the wider business.
  • Influencing is key to the role but line of reasoning will be supported by policies / technical information or data. If managing a team influencing will be focused on changing behaviour.

Experience 

  • Strong knowledge of Time off modules within Success Factors
  • HR IT/Systems and operations process expert,
  • Experience of actively participating in continuous improvement projects from idea generation to implementation.
