Senior Fullstack Engineer (NodeJS)
- Master the architecture of assigned features and participate in the design of new microservices
- Act as a mentor for the development team to promote autonomy and continuous skill development
- As a Full Stack Developer, design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve applications
- Own the full product lifecycle (“build it, own it”), including process workflows, data extraction, maintenance, and user support
- Maintain, enhance, and support existing Java applications
- Fully understand customer and business requirements and develop solutions aligned with those needs
- Apply robust coding practices, including strong unit/component test coverage and effective debugging
- Adapt to different technology stacks based on evolving job requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience across full‑stack systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with hands-on experience in React.js
- Proficiency in Node.js
- Experience with search engine frameworks: Elasticsearch
- Experience with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and non‑relational databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices‑based systems
- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git
- Experience with deployment technologies (e.g., Docker, networking) and operating software services
- Experience with cloud services, particularly serverless development
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), especially in a global development environment
- Proficient in writing well‑structured, well‑documented, clean, maintainable, and testable code
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle Agile PLM or similar enterprise applications
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and modern Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot 2+) for backend development
- Willingness to learn and support DevOps‑related tasks
- Experience working in global or distributed environments
- Willingness to learn manufacturing concepts, product lifecycle management, and business processes
- Experience as a Java developer in complex, enterprise‑level environments
- Background in performance optimization for web applications
