Senior Director of Channel Management


Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director of Channel Management to lead our global channel go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Analog & Connectivity (A&C) division in the semiconductor industry. This role is pivotal in driving growth by identifying key technology solutions, customer segments, and market opportunities. The Senior Director will collaborate with global distribution partners, internal sales teams, and business units to ensure alignment with our growth strategy and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in channel management, strategic leadership, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the A&C channel GTM strategy:
    • Identify key technology solutions and oversee the development of sales collateral to support growth initiatives.
    • Define the top 100 customers and key market segments to drive A&C growth.
    • Design and implement special programs to align distributor incentives with the A&C growth strategy.
  • Coordinate and run branch meetings with global distributors:
    • Review top opportunities and identify critical paths to secure wins.
    • Assess performance against KPIs and develop improvement plans to address gaps.
    • Evaluate the performance of special programs, including return on investment (ROI).
  • Coordinate and run internal quarterly channel review meetings with sales and business unit leaders:
    • Review top opportunities and identify critical support needed to win.
    • Evaluate KPIs and drive actionable improvement plans.
    • Identify regional strengths and weaknesses, developing and implementing plans to close gaps.
  • Establish a strong presence and influence with channel sales and distribution teams.
  • Set and maintain a regular cadence of meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress toward goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in channel management, sales strategy, or related roles within the semiconductor or technology industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and improve sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating and leading high-impact meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with global distribution partners and internal teams.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to significantly expand the sales funnel, improve conversion rates, and establish a strong regional presence with channel sales and distribution teams.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $225K-$250K . This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
