Sales Director (HKMC Tier1 Sales)
Job purpose:
- Create new business opportunities in HKMC Tier 1 accounts.
- Build strong relationships with the customers for winning business.
- Develop sales strategies and execute business plans for HKMC Tier 1 customers.
- Leading the project and managing revenue/Design-IN/BWIN
- Colaboration with PG (Product Group) to win the business
Principle accountabilities:
- Understand the customer requirements and liaison with PG to win business.
- Initiating mid long term revenue growth through continuous DIN activity and discover short-term business for replacement as well leveraging disti channel partner and own sales staffs.
- Continuously generate strong pipelines which support achieving target revenue.
- Orchestrate internal/external resources with account ownership to achieve win-win situations for all parties.
- Sales management including monthly sales forecast, quote, sales contract,CRM tools etc.
- Sales leadership to coach and drive sales staffs with guidance
Target & KPIs:
- Design INs, BWINs.
- Demand creation of new opportunities and handling key customers.
- Deliver revenue and profitability growth in line with the company’s goals.
- Accuracy and achievement of annual sales forecast and mid-term revenue plan.
- Leading the projects for achieving Design.
- Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to establish and maintain a high degree of personal credibility and respect with customers
- Knowledge of automotive market and customers with semiconductor sales experience for auto customers
- Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Korea, along with strong presentation skills
