Quality Control Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

Overall is to maintain process control and drive continuous improvement project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the cause of non-conforming related to product are properly investigated and analyzed, all corrective or preventive action taken to eliminate the causes of actual or potential non-conformities are effective.
• Explore in depth on product/ technology and process assigned and initiate continuous improvement activity for any process weaknesses.
• Maintain product quality and delivery time of any assigned products which related to the new machines/ line/ product/ material qualification.
• Provide support on customer audit or visit from customers in order to maintain overall customer satisfaction.
• Perform all other related duties as and when assigned by the Superior/HODs.

Qualification

• Degree in relevant Engineering courses or its equivalent field from recognized Higher Institution.

Skills & knowledge required

• Basic knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Experience in process improvement and handling customer complaint

Experience

• At least 1 - 2 years experience in related field preferably in manufacturing semiconductor
