Procurement/Purchasing Specialist
- Quotation & Order Review
- Verify accuracy, completeness, and clarity of quotations, purchase orders, invoice receipts, and payment processes.
- Ensure smooth business continuity through proper documentation and compliance checks.
- Semiconductor Process & Pricing Knowledge
- Demonstrate strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and pricing structures.
- Provide insights to support cost analysis and supplier negotiations.
- Payment Management
- Oversee payment processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Collaborate with finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain operational efficiency.
- Data Monitoring & Analysis
- Support buyers in monitoring supplier data.
- Perform data analysis and generate regular reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Database Maintenance
- Update and maintain supplier contracts and quotation databases.
- Ensure records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date for easy reference.
- Ad-Hoc Support
- Handle additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
- Degree in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree or above).
- Language Skills: Proficient in verbal and written English, Proficiency in Mandarin is compulsory.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience with SAP system usage (familiar with the Material Management (MM) module)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant working experience in procurement, supply chain, or semiconductor-related industries.
