Principal Applications Engineer

Principal DC-DC Power Engineer, leading vertical power delivery initiatives, including power architectures, product definition, design of customer specific POC solutions, roadmap definition and development of industry leading solutions in collaboration with company wide engineering teams. 

Required skills and qualifications:
BCs (MCs or higher preferred) degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry. 

High density DC/DC switching regulator, magnetics designs and optimization, and sound understanding and knowledge of switched-cap converters and 48V IBC topologies and designs.

Experience with high high-current DC-DC power supplies control loop design and optimization, SIMPLIS model development and optimization, and multiphase digital controllers for power management and diagnostics is implied.
