The PMO Analyst will be responsible for supporting the PMO Team in overseeing project management processes – methodologies, and in the delivery of the PMO initiatives. PMO Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the project management office by providing analytical insights, ensuring compliance with project management standards, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. This role will be supporting the Project, Program, Portfolio Managers and their teams in delivery including co-ordination, planning, control, reporting, analysis, and insights. The PMO Analyst will assist in ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, which will result in a successful Projects IT Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project/portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of project management standards and best practices
- Prepare IT Portfolio status reports, to be delivered to the heads of divisions and senior management
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project schedules & portfolio reports
- Support project managers in project execution and delivery
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
- Minimum experience in project management or a similar analytical role more than 3 years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in project management software and Power BI
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus

Working Conditions: The PMO Analyst will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. She/he will collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and various departments within the organization. Occasional travel may be required.
