Material Handler

The Material Handler is responsible for supporting the movement, storage, and shipment of high-value semiconductor products, including integrated circuits, wafers, and electronic assemblies, within a controlled warehouse environment. This hands-on role focuses on order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory transactions, and export documentation while ensuring product quality, traceability, and trade compliance requirements are met. The ideal candidate brings experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or electronics/semiconductor manufacturing and is comfortable working with ERP and warehouse management systems such as SAP or Oracle while coordinating with carriers, internal teams, and customers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities 

• Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage. 
• Manage receiving of finished goods, materials and supplies including put-away to their designated storage location. 
• Process customer orders including picking, packing, and quality checks using Oracle or SAP. 
• Prepare shipping documents such as shipping invoice and airwaybills using courier and Renesas internal system. 
• Submit export declaration for international shipments via ACE Portal or GTS system. 
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues with manufacturing, internal and external customers, vendors and other Renesas departments. 
• Support finished goods warehouse management, inventory control, and KPI achievement. 
• Maintain accurate shipping records and compliance documentation for audits and internal reporting. 
• Must adhere to Trade compliance and all warehouse safety and quality requirements. 
• All other miscellaneous tasks required to support warehouse operations. 

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures to fulfill customer orders for semiconductor related materials in a controlled warehouse environment using tools like Oracle or SAP
• Work with moderate supervision and guidance on routine work
• Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Inventory Management or Warehouse Management tools such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience picking and packing finished goods in the semiconductor or electronics space in a controlled environment
