Manufacturing Manager (f/m/d)

In your role as Manager of Manufacturing at Renesas Electronics Germany GmbH, you will lead our production teams in a cost and quality optimized manufacturing environment.

Main Scope:

• Technical and disciplinary management of employees in production.
• Ensuring efficient, stable, customer-, cost- and quality-optimized and on-time production.
• Close cooperation with production planning and control.
• Introduction, further development, and active use of common lean methods (5S, Shopfloor Management, etc.), as well as production PIs and KPIs.
• Collaboration with quality, maintenance, and process to improve equipment performance (OEE) as well as continuous execution of weak point analyses and implementation of appropriate measures for production improvement and process optimization.
• Collaborate on process and product development.
• Conduct employee qualification and training programs.
• Ensuring the implementation of operational guidelines in occupational safety, environmental protection.
• Compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.

• Successfully completed training as an industrial master or degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, technical business administration (bachelor's degree, master's degree, diploma) or equivalent.
• Several years of professional and management experience in a comparable position.
• Technical and commercial understanding.
• Technical and methodical know-how in production and qualification of products in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Orientation towards continuous improvement; lean manufacturing mindset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, initiative, creative drive, flexibility, and customer orientation.
• Confident and motivating leadership style coupled with entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• Very good German language skills as well as good English language skills, both written and spoken.
