Job Summary

Product Engineer Logistic Manager will lead a team in Sustaining Performance Computing Power group.   The PE Logistic team will be a critical part of our sustaining team.   We are seeking a self-motivated leader to join our sustaining team who has strong background supporting IC manufacturing.  This role is crucial to ensure flawless execution of sustaining projects and proactively monitor production supply chain.  The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, test, manufacturing, and quality—to support mature products in high-volume production, drive yield improvement, and extend product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain BOM system.  This will be a crucial on-going task to ensure production system operates flawlessly.  Candidate will be trained to generate and maintain BOM of all PCP products in new Renesas system
  • Generating and monitor engineering build requests to support qualification/validation builds and customer samples.
  • Generate weekly yield/variance monitor report and recommend actions.
  • Generate and monitor SBL/SYL updates
  • Publish project dashboard and reporting.
  • Develop new sustaining project execution plan and collaborate with strategic team.
  • Maintain and publish sustaining team score card.
  • Work with several data base system to generate useful reports to help drive sustaining team productivity. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering in Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Computer or related fields
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Product Management skill. Strong sense of Cost, ROI and efficiency
  • Familiar with Integrated Circuit semiconductor process
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable and good time management skill
  • Having Product Test Knowledge is a plus.
  • Having knowledge of Products, IC, modules such as Driver, Power Stage is a plus.
  • At least have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Engineering.
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
