Job Description

The IT Technology Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful planning, execution, and tracking of changes in IT services and infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks to manage changes effectively and minimize risk to service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the IT change management policy and process in line with ITSM and ITIL best practices.
  • Facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to assess, prioritize, and approve changes.
  • Ensure that all changes are documented, reviewed, and authorized before implementation.
  • Work closely with IT operations, development, and business stakeholders to understand the impact of changes.
  • Monitor the implementation of changes to ensure they meet the desired outcomes without disrupting existing services.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of changes and their impact on the business.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure changes achieve the intended benefits and to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT change management.
  • Certified in ITIL and/or other relevant ITSM frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and business impact analysis.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and governance standards.
  • Experience of working with ServiceNow would be a bonus.
