【インターンシップ】IPD(Intelligent Power Device)の設計・評価業務(管理No.01)
各自動車メーカーが新たなビジネスモデルや技術導入にしのぎを削る中で、私たちは、刻々と変化、複雑化する開発状況に挑戦し続けております。私たちチームの開発品は、従来のヒューズやメカ・リレーに代わるIPDで、これからの車載向けとして不可欠な半導体デバイスで、様々な用途におけるビジネスチャンスで有望視されています。このインターンシップでは、実際のPower Device、及びMixed-signal半導体製品開発について学ぶことができ、アナログ設計、デジタル設計、シミュレーション、レイアウトといった核となる業務を体験することが可能です。また、実際の自動車用アプリケーションを使ったデバイス評価等も経験することができ、更には、あなたが手掛けた設計が実際の製品に採用されるチャンスもあります。
業務では主に日本語を使用しますが、同じ組織で働くエンジニアには、外国籍（海外勤務者を含む）の方も多く在籍しており、英語によるコミュニケーションの機会もありますので、グローバルな環境を体験することが可能です。

As automobile manufacturers compete to introduce new business models and technologies, we continue to take on the challenge of an ever-changing and increasingly complex development situation. The products developing by our team are IPD that will replace conventional fuses and mechanical relays; it is a semiconductor device that will be essential for future automotive applications and is seen as promising for business opportunities in a variety of applications. In this internship, you can learn about actual power device and mixed-signal semiconductor product development, and experience such as analog design, digital design, simulation, and layout. You can also experience device evaluation using actual automotive applications, and even have a chance to have your designs adopted in actual products.
Although we mainly use Japanese in our work, many of the engineers working in the same organization are of foreign nationality (including those working overseas), and there are opportunities to communicate in English, so we have a global environment.

- 電気・電子回路系の学士、修士、博士課程に在籍している方
- （アナログ/デジタル回路、設計検証、アナログレイアウト等を研究テーマとされている学生が望ましい。）
- 英語で基本的なコミュニケーションがとれる方
- インターシップ参加前までに、学生賠償責任保険（または任意の傷害保険）に加入いただける方
- 必要な場合は、資格外活動許可を取得できる方（日本国籍以外の方）
- Individuals enrolled in Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral programs in electrical and electronic engineering. (Students whose research topics include analog/digital circuits, design verification, or anlog layout are preferred.)
- Individuals who can communicate in basic English.
- Need to acquire Student’s Personal Liability Insurance (or other equivalent accident insurance) before the internship
- Non-Japanese nationalities students are welcome but required to obtain necessary VISA
