Job Description

  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct and analyze market research to identify innovative growth opportunities. Apply state-of-the-art market research tools (e.g. PESTEL) to evaluate key trends and risks.
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Monitor competitors, analyze industry benchmarks, and present findings to the team to inform strategy.
  • Project Leadership: Drive a designated project from inception to completion, gaining valuable project management experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Application Engineers, Senior Management, and Sales teams to translate customer needs into differentiated product offerings.
  • Go-to-Market Preparation: Support product launch activities, including creating and refining marketing materials and internal presentations.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement tools or AI-driven strategies to enhance marketing efficiency and customer engagement.

Qualifications

•    Enrolled in Management and Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or related fields; Master's studies are a plus.
•    Passionate about technology, especially in the automotive and industrial sector. 
•    Interested in analyzing business and economic data to support decision-making.
•    Basic understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem.
•    Customer-oriented team player who actively thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment and enjoys collaboration. 
•    Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel); programming skills are a plus.
•    Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
