Bachelorarbeit – KPI- und OEE-Reporting in der Produktion
Ziel der Arbeit ist die Entwicklung eines Konzepts für ein KPI- und Reporting-System (inkl. OEE) unter Nutzung bestehender Standards und vorhandener Datenquellen.
Deine Aufgaben:
Analyse bestehender KPIs und Datenquellen
Bewertung und Nutzung vorhandener Standards (z. B. OEE)
Entwicklung eines strukturierten KPI-Systems
Konzeption eines Reporting-Ansatzes (Dashboards, Logiken)
Ableitung von Maßnahmen aus Kennzahlen
Ergebnis:
Ein umsetzbares Konzept als Grundlage für eine spätere technische Implementierung
Studium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Industrial Engineering, Maschinenbau (Produktion) oder vergleichbar
Interesse an datengetriebener Produktionssteuerung und KPI-Systemen
Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
