- 8+ years in innovation, technology strategy, or R&D-related roles
8年以上创新、技术战略或研发相关经验 - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
良好的分析与战略思考能力 - Experience working across internal and external stakeholders
有跨团队及外部合作经验 - Strong communication skills (Chinese & English preferred)
良好的沟通能力（中英文优先） - Background in semiconductors, embedded systems, or related technology fields is preferred
