Job Description

a.  HR Functions Automation

  • To automate HR functions like e-job description, and e-application (Bridge toll & car interest subsidy) & etc.

b.  Company & HR website

  • To design & maintain Company and HR Website as and when necessary   

c.  HR System Administration (Local & Global System)

  • Data Management (Data entry, data accuracy checking between Local and global SAP), e-filing management (OpenText).

 d.  Benefit Management

  • To administer company’s benefit (leave management, bridge toll, car interest subsidy & etc.).

e. Time Management System (TMS)

  • To handle feedback from employees on TMS issues.
  • To follow up closely with ITD on pending issues, to make sure no late payments & legal compliance.        

 f.   Reporting

  • Data/Reporting on Employee Headcount and the turnover rate to the respective department on monthly & ad hoc basis.

Qualifications

Required Qualification/Skills:

  • Possess at least bachelor's degree in MIS (Information systems) or related discipline required.
  • Having at least 1-3 years’ experience in related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS and analytical skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
  • A good team player, proactive and able to work independently.
