Graduate SAP Manufacturing Support Analyst

• Support SAP Production Planning (PP) module and its integration with external applications.
• Participate in SAP implementation, development & support activities.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Document process flowcharts and user manuals.
• Organize and coordinate meetings with business users & IT partners.
• Assist in system configuration, unit & integration testing.
• Develop Functional Specifications for RICEFW development.
• Define test scenarios, test scripts & conduct UAT.
• Provide post-implementation support

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Passionate about learning and working in the production/manufacturing arena.
• Eager to learn SAP Production Planning (PP) functionalities & support system integrations (MES, RR, GLM, etc.)
• Good knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, and MS Teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good spoken and written English
