Graduate Digital Engineer/集成电路后端设计工程师（应届生岗）

岗位职责：

  完成前端设计芯片逻辑网表的物理级实现。其中包括：

1. 完成逻辑综合（DC/Genus）形式检证。

2. 完成DFT构架（SCAN/MBIST/ATPG）可测性设计。

3. 完成SDC编写，时序收敛，低功耗设计及STA Signoff验证。

4. 协调前端/PR/验证/测试团队，PPA迭代优化工作，完成流片。

5. 完成各类设计文档撰写。

任职要求：

1. 电子电工类专业（集成电路，电子工程，通信工程，自动控制，计算机，电气自动化，机电一体化等） 本科以上学历。

2. 在校期间，电学主干课程（电路理论，数字电路，模拟电路，单片机原理）成绩优异者优先。

3. 参加过电子设计竞赛，对电子技术领域有浓厚兴趣者优先。

4. 了解DC/PT/Tempus/Formality/TetraMAX等工具优先。

5. 熟悉TCL/Python/Linux/Verilog语言优先。

6. 英语读写顺畅。会日语优先。
