Global Trade Compliance (GTC) Specialist (f/m/d)

Renesas is looking for a highly motivated Global Trade Compliance Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Trade Compliance Department in Düsseldorf.

Job content: 

• Sanction list checks (Internal Compliance Program)  

• Export and import declarations (Germany and UK) 

• HS-code tariffing (Germany and UK) 

• Export control classification (Germany, UK, and US re-export) 

• License Application (Germany and UK) 

• Pro-forma invoice approval 

• Supplier Declarations 

• Contact person for customs and export related issues in daily business 

• Internal GTC awareness trainings 

• Maintenance of GTC EMEA Intranet pages in SharePoint 

• Intrastat-Reporting 

• Graduate background in trade merchant or equivalent 

• At least 3 to 5 years job experience in this area 

• Specific knowledge on customs and export control

• Substantial knowledge in Microsoft 365 Apps (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) 

• Basic understanding on SAP 

• Highly developed analytical communication skills, initiative and team spirit 

• Fluent in English and German
