Enterprise Application (SAP cloud ALM) Architect (SAP) (f/m/d)
Overview
We are looking for a change management architect/team lead who can configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM, and coordinate the change management process in ERP systems. You will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for SAP Solution Manager related problems, and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of changes across the SAP landscape. You will also lead and mentor a global team of two change management consultants and analysts, and maintain relations with 3rd party vendors and other connected systems. You will also be in charge of maintaining the roadmap for ALM, from implementing Charm in 7.2 to future move to Cloud ALM.
Duties
- Responsible for SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM, with a focus on change management.
- Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM, to support the change management processes and workflows.
- Coordinate the change management process in ERP systems, such as change request creation, approval, testing, deployment and documentation.
- Provide technical and functional support for SAP Solution Manager related problems, and troubleshoot any issues or risks.
- Maintain 3rd party vendor relations, and ensure the quality and compliance of the services provided.
- Maintain relations with stakeholders, such as other connected systems, project managers, developers, testers and business users, and communicate and collaborate on the change management objectives, expectations and outcomes.
- Maintain the roadmap for ALM, from implementing Charm in 7.2 to future move to Cloud ALM, and plan and execute the transition activities.
- Lead and mentor a global team of two change management consultants and analysts, and manage their hiring, training, performance evaluation and feedback.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in change management for SAP projects, preferably in a lead or senior role.
- Proficient in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM, and familiar with other SAP tools and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of the change management best practices and standards, such as ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, etc.
- Experience in integration between Charm and ServiceNow is preferred.
