Dispatch Operator (m/w/d)

Verantwortungsbereich

• Operating und Einrichten an allen Anlagen im Wafertest gemäß Qualifikationsstand
• Operating an Anlagen im Finaltest gemäß Qualifikationsstand (Vertretungsaufgaben)
• Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Vorgaben der Liniensteuerung (z.B. Equipmentbelegung, Losdisposition in direkter Abstimmung mit dem Dispatcher)
• Durchführung der Schichtübergaben im Wafertest, Zuarbeit zum täglichen LineBriefing
• Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter der Entwicklung bei bereichsspezifischen Fragen im Wafertest
• Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter im Bereich Wafertest, Performancefeedback
• Durchführung von Sondermessaufgaben (operative Messvorgabe)
• WIP Kontrolle, HoldLot- und PrioLot- Management
• Aufzeigen von Prozessstörungen und -abweichungen im Arbeitsbereich
• Mitwirkung bei der Festlegung und Durchführung von Gegenmaßnahmen im Störungsfall
• Einspeisung von Losen

Anforderungen (Kenntnisse, Qualifikationen, Erfahrungen):

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Mikrotechnologe, Mechatroniker o.Ä.
  mind. 2-3 Jahre in der Halbleiterfertigung, vorzugsweise Testbereich
• sehr gute Kenntnisse über den Fertigungs- und Prozessablauf im Wafertest
• sehr gute Kenntnisse MES System und fertigungsrelevanter Applikationen
• Kenntnis und Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Anlagen im Fertigungsbereich Wafer-/Finaltest
• Grundlagenkenntnisse zu Automotive Standards, IATF 16949
• Selbstständige, engagierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
• Fähigkeiten zur Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen in der Produktion
• Kenntnisse der gängigen PC-Software; MS Office
• Schnelle Entscheidungsfindung
• Hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewußtsein
• Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch-Grundkenntnisse zum Verstehen von Anlagenmeldungen
