Verantwortungsbereich

• Operating an allen Anlagengruppen im Arbeitsbereich
• Ausführung ausgewählter vorbeugender Wartungsaufgaben (mechanischer und elektronischer Service) an zugeordneten Anlagen im 4-Schicht-System
• Durchführung von Wartungs- und Einrichtungsarbeiten an allen Anlagen z.B.:
• Einrichten von Arbeitsplätzen
• Umrüsten / Einrichten von Probern
• Umrüsten / Einrichten von Handlern
• Umrüsten / Einrichten / Kalibrieren von Scannern
• Wechsel und Reinigung von Nadelkarten
• Überprüfung ggf. Reparatur der ESD-Schutzausrüstung
• Selbstständige Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Anlagenparametern und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen im Fehlerfall
• Anlagenfreigaben nach Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
• Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
• Betreuung von Installations- und Wartungseinsätzen externer Servicemitarbeiter
• Vertretung des Senioroperators

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (Mechatronik o.Ä.)
• Mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operating/Instandhaltung (vorzugsweise Testbereich)
• Grundkenntnisse über das Equipment im Verantwortungsbereich
• Gute Kenntnisse über den Fertigungs- und Prozessablauf im Wafertest und Finaltest
• Erfassung und Dokumentation von Anlagenzuständen
• Selbstständige, engagierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Einsatzbereitschaft
• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office sowie gängiger PC-Software • Entscheidungsfindung im Team, hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewußtsein
• Sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
