Digital Marketing Manager (Altium)
岗位概述：
该岗位将负责公司云端协作平台在中国市场的整体营销策划工作，包括产品从 0 到 1 的市场进入（GTM）策略设计、落地执行与持续优化。通过系统化的市场分析、用户洞察、品牌传播与内容规划，提升目标用户群体对产品的认知度，扩大潜在用户覆盖，并推动产品在短期与长期的品牌理解与行业认知建设。 该岗位要求具备良好的市场敏感度、稳健的合规意识以及跨部门沟通协作能力，具备短期内大规模B2B产品推广经验。
主要职责：
一、市场进入（GTM）策略制定与管理
- 结合中国市场特点，制定云端协作平台的 GTM 策略，包括目标用户细分、价值主张梳理、推广路径规划等。
- 在合规前提下，明确产品传播重点与沟通方式，确保市场信息客观、准确、符合法律法规要求。
- 负责从0到1的市场切入方案，推动多渠道、多触点的市场验证与策略迭代。
二、营销策划与品牌建设
- 设计并执行年度与季度营销方案，包括内容营销、活动策划、行业合作、数字化传播等。
- 策划面向行业用户的传播内容，如白皮书、案例介绍、产品专题活动等，确保表达规范、事实准确。
- 推动品牌在行业中的长期认知建设，逐步提升产品在相关群体中的关注度与接受度。
三、潜在用户挖掘与市场洞察
- 基于市场研究、行业趋势及用户调研，识别潜在用户群体、典型应用场景与增长机会。
- 建立有效的线索获取机制，推动潜在用户触达的市场活动设计。
- 收集与分析市场反馈，为产品本地化策略与营销信息优化提供建议。
四、项目管理与跨团队协作
- 与产品、销售、客户成功、全球市场等团队保持紧密协作，确保营销策略与业务目标一致。
- 负责管理外部供应商与合作机构，包括行业媒体、代理商、活动伙伴等，确保项目执行合规高效。
- 制定并管理区域市场预算，确保资源使用透明、合理。
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、传播、管理、工程类专业优先。
- 5年以上 B2B相关行业市场策划经验，有从 0 到 1 的产品推广经验者优先。有SaaS相关产品或大规模B2B产品推广经验者优先。
- 熟悉云端产品、协作平台、数字化工具或工程软件领域者更佳。
- 具备系统性的营销策划能力，能独立推动策略制定与落地。
- 具备优秀的洞察能力、结构化思维、内容表达能力及跨团队沟通能力。
- 具备稳健、严谨的合规意识，确保所有市场传播行为符合中国法律法规。
- 对新技术、新趋势保持敏感，具备深入理解行业的好奇心与学习意愿。
- 工作态度稳健、负责任，能在不确定环境中找到可执行路径。
- 具有推动力和项目管理能力，能协调不同团队共同达成目标。
- 认同长期主义的品牌建设，能够在策略创新与合规要求之间保持平衡。
