DFT Engineer

- Do the DFT verification & debug

- Write the DFT script using python

Job Requirement:

- Have knowledge about JTAG (IEEE1687 or IEEE1149.1)
- Have knowledge about SCAN under tessent tool (insertion, generate pattern  & verify)
- Have knowledge about MBIST under tessent tool is a plus
- Understand the DFT development flow, mapping from requirement to actual implementation.

- Can use script language (such as python, csh ... .etc,)
- Have knowledge about AI application and automation coding is a plus
- Have knowledge about Renesas DFT/STA development flow is a plus
- Have the document writting skill
- Can co-operate and team working

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Telecoms/Electronics or similar.
