Job Description

We are looking for an Intern / Working Student / Master Thesis Student (F/M/D) in the field of Analog or Digital design or Functional verification within our R&D team.  

In CSD (Connectivity Sensor Division) we work every day to improve people´s lives and are looking for people supporting us designing next generation products. The silicon Engineering team is seeking a working student with interest on analog/digital design techniques or functional verification and a real passion in building new technologies.

YOUR TASK

  • Taking part in the analog / digital block design or its verification
  • Develop testbenches, modelling strategies (analog/digital simulation / UVM & verification components / top-level AMS verification using UVM framework)
  • Simulation/verification to validate design performance / verification plan use-cases
  • Create automated regression flows and document/organize project results
  • Exploring production/bench-level test plans possibilities
  • Support lab evaluation phase

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of device physics as it applies to IC designs.
  • Some Knowledge of analog / digital IC design flow and tools or respectively for their verification (schematic entry/simulation or RTL coding using Verilog/System Verilog/VHDL or UVM based verification)
  • Experience using industry standard simulation tools and first hands-on experience in bench evaluation
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within international teams
  • You are available for at least 4 months on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) or at least 6 months on a part-time basis (20 hours per week)
