Commercial Compliance and Contracts Specialist (SaaS, U.S.)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Commercial Compliance and Contracts Specialist to drive operational excellence across our SaaS commercial workflows in the United States. This role is centered on program management, process ownership, and cross-functional coordination.

You will manage the end-to-end administrative and operational flow of sales-related contracts and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company policies and global standards. You will partner closely with Sales, Information Security, Finance, Legal, Export Compliance, and Operations to streamline processes, improve systems, and support a high-performing commercial organization.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in structured execution, cross-functional alignment, and building scalable processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

What You Will Do

Program Management & Process Ownership

  • Support Sales in administering customer contracts and compliance documentation across the U.S., from intake through approval and execution
  • Manage workflows, routing, approvals, and documentation to ensure consistency, compliance, and speed
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, InfoSec, Finance, Legal, and Operations
  • Monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance deal velocity and reduce risk

Commercial Compliance Enablement

  • Coordinate customer-facing compliance responses, including security questionnaires, ESG documentation, and data privacy materials
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date compliance resources for Sales and customer-facing teams

Sales & Revenue Operations Support

  • Train and support Sales teams on contracting workflows, processes, and policy requirements
  • Provide clear guidance on process steps, documentation needs, and operational expectations
  • Partner with Operations to ensure consistency with global commercial standards

Systems & Tooling Ownership

  • Maintain and improve the contracts repository, template library, and internal documentation
  • Support enhancements to CLM systems, Salesforce integrations, and automation initiatives
  • Ensure contract metadata, audit trails, and documentation are accurate and consistently maintained

Continuous Improvement & Scalability

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate contracting and compliance workflows
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives that scale commercial operations in the U.S.
  • Champion operational excellence and consistency across all commercial processes

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • Program-Oriented: 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, contract operations, revenue operations, or program management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Process-Driven: Strong ability to design, manage, and improve operational workflows across multiple teams
  • Compliance-Aware: Familiar with U.S. data privacy frameworks (e.g., CCPA) and general customer compliance expectations (security, data protection, ESG)
  • Operationally Excellent: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CLM tools, Salesforce, and workflow automation platforms
  • Collaborative: Strong relationship-building skills across Sales, InfoSec, Finance, Legal, and Operations
  • Scalability-Focused: Passionate about building repeatable, efficient, and compliant processes that support growth

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in global SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with export compliance considerations in the U.S.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level sales teams
     

    Location Requirement

    This role is based in Frisco, Texas, and requires regular in-office presence to support cross-functional collaboration.
