The Channel Marketing Specialist, New Product Introduction (NPI) Campaigns will play an instrumental part in launching new Renesas products to the mass market, frequently working with internal stakeholders and external distribution partners to execute joint marketing activities and new product introductions. This role enables individuals to develop critical marketing and business skills—including digital marketing and program management.

The ideal candidate for this role has a keen interest in B2B product marketing within a global organization. They are process-oriented, organized, and professional while being able to adapt to change and problem-solve quite quickly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with channel distributor partners on co-op marketing activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams on new product introductions.
- Prepare planning documents and reports.
- Write copy for ads and other digital marketing content.
- Help maintain shared file drive.
- BS or BA in marketing, communications preferred.
- Prior internship experience preferred, but not required.
- Successful time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a business setting.
- Self-motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate and operate within a team.
- Ability to complete projects, tasks, and deliverables on time.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint (or similar applications).

The expected annual pay range for this position is $67,000 - $100,500. This position is also eligible for bonus pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
