Campaign and Channel Marketing Intern – Spring 2025

The Campaign and Channel Marketing Intern will help execute marketing campaigns and product launches, working with both internal and external stakeholders to complete critical marketing and operational tasks. This role enables individuals to develop critical marketing and business skills, while gaining exposure to working in a cross-cultural and global team.

The ideal candidate for this role has a keen interest in communications and B2B product marketing within a global organization. They are process-oriented, organized, and professional while being able to adapt to change and problem-solve quite quickly.

Possible Projects and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to help execute campaigns tasks on schedule
• Help prepare marketing documents and reports   
• Conduct research on competitive marketing strategies and best practices
• Create and copy edit marketing content

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master Business, Marketing or Communications major. 
• Successful time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a business setting
• Ability to collaborate and operate within a team
• Ability to complete projects, tasks, and deliverables on time
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint (or similar applications)
• Candidate must be in Pacific time zone.
• Availability for 6+ months. 
• Fluency in business-level Japanese is a plus, but not a requirement.
